8-12, in Latvia, July 2023, provide internship opportunities for students from abroad!
Who we are looking for?
We will be happy to have you in our camp staff if you:
- are with a good grasp of spoken English;
- get along well with children;
- are with high sense of responsibility;
- love to laugh and make others do the same!
Important information
What will be required of you as an intern?
Speaking in English and enjoying our various activities alongside the children. Leading small groups in accordance with the plan of the day. Organizing and supervising sport activities.
What is the camps’ aim?
The main aim of the camp is to provide our children with the English-speaking experience, filled with a range of both educational and fun activities which – together with your input – will leave them with a life-long love of the English language.
Who is taking part?
- Approximately 50 children of four camps in this July, in addition to our staff and fellow volunteers. Most of the children speak Latvian as their native language, however they are all able to communicate in English on at least a basic level.
What we provide?
- An unforgettable camp experience;
- International, creative and supportive environment;
- Three great nourishing meals and snacks in between,
ice-cream twice a day, free WI-FI, bedclothes and towels.
Reviews
At first it was part of my job description, but then I fell in love with this camp.
I definitely recommend this for everyone and especially for those who is studying related to education. To be honest, I would like to join this camp again.
I was nervous that I would have to be 100% independent right from the start and might struggle a lot, but the support from everyone, the problem solving together with the team and the care everyone showed each other outreached any expectations I could’ve had.
